We are looking for a passionate and experienced Housekeeping Faculty member to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Housekeeping operations within the hospitality industry and a passion for training and mentoring students. Candidates with prior teaching or training experience in hospitality institutes will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver classroom lectures and practical training sessions for Housekeeping and related hospitality subjects.
- Train students on housekeeping operations, cleaning procedures, room maintenance, guest service standards, and hotel protocols.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Conduct practical demonstrations, workshops, and industry-oriented training sessions.
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, practical assessments, and examinations.
- Guide and mentor students for internships, placements, and career development.
- Participate in curriculum planning and academic activities.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Housekeeping Department of a reputed hotel, preferably a 4-star or 5-star property.
- Prior teaching, training, or student mentoring experience in a hospitality institute is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations, hotel standards, cleaning procedures, and guest service practices.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to train effectively and engage students through practical learning methods.
- Professional attitude with strong mentoring and leadership abilities.
