• Ensuring to resolve customers’ / Team members/ POS, queries/problems for Motor/ Health insurance.
• Processing endorsement/ inspection requests
• Laisen with Insurance companies for all requirements
• Talk to Team members/ Associates/ Customers for business push on phone.
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
