- Minimum 4 years experience in ServiceNow (Must) with overall 5+ years
of IT experience in development project

such as Business Rule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting,
Java Scripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow, Catalog
Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action, Notifications, REST &
SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database (Must)
- ITIL Foundation certification (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Administration certification (Must)
- Service Portal Development (Widgets, AngularJS, Server Scripting, Client
Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration)
- Integration of ServiceNow with external tools using Web Services & REST APIs
- Various module implementation experience (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Finance, GRC)
- Ability to learn new technology and adopt changing business requirements
