We are looking for a highly creative and hands-on Creative Production Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a creative team while continuing to contribute directly to high-quality design and brand production.
This role combines creative leadership, hands-on design, production management, and team development. You will work closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to deliver compelling design assets across ecommerce, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, websites, packaging, product launches, and print.
The ideal candidate has solid creative judgment, a deep understanding of brand identity, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple brands and competing priorities without compromising quality. You will also play a key role in building efficient creative workflows, mentoring designers, and continuously raising the creative standard.

- Lead the day-to-day execution and delivery of the creative production team.
- Act as the creative second-in-command to the creative leadership team.
- Remain hands-on in producing high-quality design assets across digital, ecommerce, social media, email, web, packaging, and print.
- Review creative deliverables to ensure brand consistency, visual quality, accuracy, and production readiness.
- Mentor, coach, and develop designers through constructive feedback and ongoing creative guidance.
- Prioritize creative requests, allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Ecommerce, Technology, Product, and Leadership teams to translate business objectives into effective creative solutions.
