Responsibilities

Daily Bookkeeping Support
- Record financial transactions and maintain organized bookkeeping records.
- Assist in maintaining accounts payable and accounts receivable records.
- Track business expenses and categorize transactions properly.

Financial Documentation
- Maintain invoices, receipts, and financial documents.
- Assist in preparing reports such as:
- Expense summaries
- Revenue reports
- Monthly transaction summaries.

Reconciliation Tasks
- Assist in bank reconciliation and financial record verification.
- Identify discrepancies and report them to the finance team.

Accounting Tools & Data Management
- Work with tools such as:
- Excel / Google Sheets
- Zoho Books or other accounting platforms.
- Maintain organized digital financial records.

Administrative Finance Support
