Define the Right Metrics to Track
Partner with the function heads across Product, Sales, Marketing, Support and Strategy to understand the key business drivers
Define the right KPIs and metrics to track across the organization. Build processes to make them readily and reliably available to everyone
Provide Meaningful Data-driven Insights to Drive Business Growth
Lead complex deep-dive into business metrics, identify bottlenecks and growth triggers. Make recommendations to the business heads on the next course of action
Work with the data analysts to build and maintain powerful dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-informed decisions in real
