Role Overview

The Manager – Finance Automation & Systems Support, Balance Sheet Substantiation is responsible for leading technology-enabled process transformation, automation, reporting solutions, and systems support initiatives. The role requires solid expertise in enterprise applications, workflow automation and process optimization, with the ability to design, develop, and implement scalable solutions that enhance operational efficiency, governance, and reporting capabilities. The individual will partner with Finance, Technology,



and project teams to translate business requirements into practical process and system improvements, while ensuring solutions remain compliant, sustainable, and aligned with operational needs.
Key Accountabilities
- Identify opportunities to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency through practical automation, standardization, and reporting enhancements.
- Use Excel, Power Query, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, Python or similar tools to support data preparation, validation, workflow improvement, and management reporting, where applicable.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements, document current processes, identify gaps, and support implementation of process improvements.
- Work with Technology, project, vendor, and onshore teams to support system enhancements, automation initiatives, testing, and successful transition to BAU.
