Job Summary: We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Energy Sales and
Marketing Manager to join our team at Vision Mechatronics. As a key
member of our sales team, you'll play a crucial role in driving business
growth, developing new customer relationships, and promoting our
innovative energy solutions to a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the energy sector
- Build and Maintain Customer Relationships:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase our technical features and perks
- Provide Expert Advice and Guidance:
- Provide expert advice and guidance to customers on technology upgrades,
energy efficiency, and related products
- Develop and submit tender documents, customer proposals, and sales contracts that meet customer needs and exceed expectations
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
- Collaborate with our technical team to offer tailored solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth
- Gather market intelligence and stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong knowledge of energy-related products and solutions, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and energy storage
- Excellent
communication, interpersonal, and sales skills, with the ability to
build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction
