Role Summary

The Project Coordinator will be
the single point of accountability and the primary communication gateway
for all assigned projects, driving them from inception through to successful
completion. This role is designed to introduce a light, value-focused agile
structure, shifting away from detailed Scrum ceremonies to emphasise transparent
project flow, stakeholder alignment, and data control. The ideal candidate is a
proactive communicator and organizer who can create significant value and
impact by simplifying complexity and ensuring smooth execution without the
constraints of budget management.

Key Responsibilities and
Accountabilities

1. Project Management &
Delivery (Value Creation)
- End-to-End Project Ownership: Drive projects
from the initial concept/inception phase, through planning, execution, and
final delivery, owning the overall project flow and outcome.
- Light Agile Management: Facilitate a
streamlined workflow by managing project/sprint planning, tracking
progress, and resolving roadblocks without rigid adherence to extensive
Agile ceremonies.




- Focus on Impact: Continuously assess and
ensure that development efforts are aligned with creating maximum business
value and impact for the stakeholders.
- Data & Control: Maintain strict control
over project data, documentation, and progress metrics, ensuring accuracy
and accessibility for all relevant parties.

2. Communication &
Stakeholder Management (Single Point of Contact)
- Communication Gateway: Serve as the primary,
single point of contact for all project communication, acting as the
crucial interface between the Product Owner, Development Team, and
Stakeholders.
