Role Overview:
The Associate – Partnerships & B2B Sales will support the development and growth of institutional and B2B revenue channels. The role involves identifying, pitching, closing, and managing partnerships across a range of stakeholders, including corporates, NGOs, development organizations, financial institutions, industry bodies, and other institutional partners.
This is a hands-on business development role with significant ownership and exposure to senior decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate & Institutional Partnerships
- Identify and engage prospective corporate and institutional partners.
- Build relationships with CSR, sustainability, procurement, and business leaders.
- Develop tailored proposals and partnership pitches.
- Drive opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
Business Development & Market Expansion
- Identify recent partnership opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Engage with industry associations, ecosystem partners, and development-sector networks.
- Support responses to RFQs, RFPs, tenders, and institutional procurement opportunities.
- Contribute to market mapping and business development strategy.
Financing & Distribution Partnerships
- Explore partnerships with MFIs, NBFCs, and other financing institutions.
- Support the development of innovative distribution and market-access models.
