? Job Description:

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Service Advisor (Relationship Manager) to join our Service Department at Pratik Automobiles.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a basic understanding of automobile servicing.

? Key Responsibilities:

✅ Greet and assist customers visiting the workshop.
✅ Understand customer concerns and record job details accurately.
✅ Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle servicing and updates.
✅ Ensure customer satisfaction and explain work done in simple terms.
✅ Promote value-added services and maintain positive customer relations.
✅ Handle delivery, billing, and feedback collection professionally.

? Eligibility & Skills:

⭐ Graduate or Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical preferred.
⭐ Minimum 1–3 years of experience in automobile service or customer handling.
⭐ Positive communication & interpersonal skills.
⭐ Knowledge of Mahindra systems will be an added advantage.
