- Lead and manage daily food plant operations to achieve production targets.
- Implement best practices for food safety and quality management.
Safety & Quality Management:
- Develop and maintain food safety and quality management systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Supply Chain Management:
- Optimize food supply chain processes, from procurement to distribution.
- Conduct market research for export/import strategies to enhance supply chain efficiency.
Research & Development:
- Innovate and develop new food products,
focusing on consumer trends and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring new products to market.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in food safety, production, and plant operations.
Strong knowledge of food processing, quality management, and supply chain logistics.
Excellent project management and leadership skills.
Ability to conduct market research and develop export/import strategies.
Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
