The
Retail Sales & Billing Executive is responsible for managing billing
operations, retail sales, and supporting pharmacy operations while ensuring a
smooth client experience within the hospital.
Key
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional,
and personalized customer service
- Assist customers with product
information and purchase of products and accessories
- Process sales transactions
accurately using the checkout system
- Maintain store presentation,
merchandising, and stock levels
- Support inventory management
and stock replenishment
- Work collaboratively with the
team to achieve sales targets
- Coordinate
with doctors, lab, and reception teams
- Build strong customer
relationships to encourage repeat business
- Through the knowledge you gain,
you will inspire and educate
customers on the best care and products for their pets
Requirements
What we are looking for
- A passion for animals and providing the best
customer service
- Experience in a similar retail setting
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in
retail or sales required
- A positive attitude
- Reliable, punctual, and
well-presented
- Ability to work independently and as
part of a team
- Flexible availability, including
weekends
- Be computer literate and knowledge of the latest billing software will be a plus point.
- Strong Communication Skills with an eye for
accuracy and detail
- Experience using a POS system and handling cash
- Experience
with Sales targets and KPI's
- Strong
interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships and rapport with
customers and the team
- Physically fit,
with ability to lift products up to 20kgs
