Job Purpose
The purpose of the job is to conduct assessment of credit risk amongst the corporate debt investment portfolio for both the existing and new/incremental investments in order to enable the debt fund team to optimise fund performance. The role will also be responsible for updating the fund management team on key macro economic variables.

Job Challenges; • Effectively monitoring a large and diversified portfolio given the constraints of manpower and time.
• Giving quality credit calls in very dynamic environment where domestic and global economy is changing very fast.

3. Ensure compliance with internal as well as IRDA norms
4. Debt Universe amongst manufacturing sector has increased from 30 companies in March 2009 to 64 companies as on March 2012.
5. Recent inclusions to the debt universe is backed by in depth research on fundamentals of companies, industry competitiveness, domestic and global demand supply scenario, external risk factors, various sensitives are considered while projecting the companies financials (Like demand growth, capacity utilisation, input cost pressures, interest rate sensitivity).
6. Analysing the management profile and track record is a prior concern before making any investment decision.
