What you’ll be doing
Service Operations
- Lead service teams to deliver maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) for construction & mining machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety,



quality, and environmental standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as equipment uptime, turnaround time, and service profitability.

? Customer Relationship Management
- Act as the primary escalation point for key accounts.
- Provide technical consultancy for fleet optimization and productivity improvement.
- Build long-term partnerships through proactive engagement and tailored service solutions.

? New Business Development
- Identify and pursue opportunities for service contracts (AMC, extended warranties, digital monitoring).
- Collaborate with sales teams to cross-sell parts, consumables, and training programs.
- Develop current revenue streams via predictive maintenance, IoT-based monitoring, and digital service platforms.
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging customer needs and competitive positioning.
