Performance Marketing Manager

Role Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Manager to drive customer acquisition, bookings, and revenue through paid digital channels. The ideal candidate should have experience planning, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube, and other digital platforms. This role requires strong analytical skills, ownership of campaign performance, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a rapid-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Marketing Execution
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels.
- Drive customer acquisition, bookings, and app installs through data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Manage audience segmentation, targeting, remarketing, and campaign scaling.
- Allocate and optimize media budgets across channels to maximize performance.

Campaign Performance & Optimization
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key marketing metrics.
- Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages.
- Optimize campaigns to improve Conversion Rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Continuously improve landing page and funnel performance through experimentation.

3. Analytics & Reporting
- Track and report campaign performance using analytics and reporting tools.
- Measure KPIs including CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, bookings, and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate tracking through Pixels, Conversion API (CAPI), UTMs, and attribution models.
- Generate actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and forecast future performance.

4. Cross-functional Collaboration
- Partner with Creative, Content, Product, and CRM teams to build high-converting campaig
