Responsibilities
- Carry out geotechnical design and analysis for slopes and retaining structures, foundations, ELS works, earthworks and hydrogeology
- Carry out geotechnical and structural analysis for the proposed design using engineering software
- Review and interpret ground investigation data, geotechnical instrumentation and monitoring data.
- Prepare submission reports for the detailed design including reports, drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with CAD team to prepare the drawings
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Geotechnical Engineering or equivalent
- Master’s Degree preferred
- Min. 2 years design experience in geotechnical, foundation, ELS works
- Experience supporting Hong Kong engineering teams
- Sound knowledge in geotechnical engineering
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiar to use geotechincal engineering software include but not limited to slope/w, plaxis, seep/w, frew
- Proficiency in English.
