The Head - Service Delivery will be a member of iPlace’s management team and will be responsible for service delivery for a business unit of iPlace. S/he must:

- Have a record of measurable success managing, coaching, developing, and inspiring large recruiting teams to be professionals (as opposed to task doers)
- Create and implement strategies, processes, and technologies to ensure service delivery goals are achieved and individual team members attain performance metrics
- Collaborate with clients, possess strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, and lead from the front

- Required to work an early morning shift from 6:30 AM to 3:30 PM IST to coordinate with
