Training Mode: Onsite (Ayurveda Hospital/Wellness Center) / Virtual (Theory Modules)
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Panchkarma Trainer to design and deliver structured training programs focused on classical Panchakarma therapies, treatment protocols, hygiene standards, and patient safety practices.
The trainer will be responsible for equipping therapists, nursing staff, and Ayurveda practitioners with both theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to perform Panchakarma procedures safely, ethically, and effectively in clinical and wellness settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training on Panchakarma therapies such as Vimana, Virechana, Basti, Nyasa, and Raktamokshana (as applicable).
- Train participants on pre-procedure preparation, procedure protocols, and post-procedure care.
- Demonstrate correct techniques for oil application, steam therapy, medicated enemas,
and other Panchakarma procedures.
- Educate staff on hygiene, infection control, and patient safety during therapy sessions.
- Provide guidance on treatment documentation and patient consent processes.
- Conduct practical demonstrations and supervised hands-on sessions.
- Ensure adherence to Ayurvedic principles and institutional SOPs.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate participant competency.
- Prepare training manuals, procedure checklists, and evaluation reports.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Ayurvedic principles and Panchakarma treatment protocols.
- Practical experience performing Panchakarma therapies in hospital or wellness settings.
- Ability to conduct hands-on demonstrations and supervise practical training sessions.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards and patient safety measures.
