We’re looking for a results-driven Business Analyst to join our client team who are in the Banking Sector in Chennai. The role involves gathering business requirements, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-

functional teams to design effective tech-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

âElicit, document, and manage business requirements (BRD/PRD)

âAnalyze data to generate insights and improvement opportunities

âBridge business needs with IT solutions; support UAT and implementation

âRecommend process enhancements and monitor project progress

Requirements
Bachelor’s in BCA, BE, MBA (Analytics), or related field

2–5 years in a Business Analyst or similar role

Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Proficiency in MS Office, JIRA/Trello; Power BI/Tableau a plus

Understanding of Agile/Scrum and SDLC preferred

âExperience in finance or banking sectors

âCertifications like CBAP or PMI-PBA
