We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITOM + CMDB Architect to lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow architecture, design, and implementation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architecture for ServiceNow ITOM & CMDB implementations

Design scalable solutions for Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management

Define CMDB strategy, CSDM adoption & data governance frameworks

Architect integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server & Integration Hub

Provide technical leadership to development teams

Ensure platform performance, security & compliance best practices

Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution alignment

Required Skills:





10+ years of ServiceNow experience with solid architecture exposure

Expertise in ITOM, CMDB & CSDM

Strong knowledge of Discovery, Service Mapping & Event Management

Experience in enterprise integrations & platform architecture

Advanced scripting, APIs & ServiceNow platform capabilities

Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM & ITOM frameworks

Experience leading large-scale implementations & teams

Core Competencies:
