Role Summary:

We are looking for a energetic and driven HR professional to lead and manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition along with key responsibilities in L&D; and Employee Engagement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in hiring strategies, be passionate about people development, and capable of designing initiatives that foster a high-performance, motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition (Primary Focus):
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for all levels, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning.
- Manage and nurture relationships with recruitment partners and consultants.




- Monitor and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire.

Learning & Development:
- Conduct training needs analysis in consultation with department heads.
- Design and roll out training calendars and learning modules (internal & external).
- Organize soft-skills, technical, and compliance-related training sessions.
- Measure training effectiveness through feedback and performance improvements.
- Drive leadership development and capability-building programs.

Employee Engagement:
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s values and culture.
- Plan and execute engagement events, recognition programs, and communication forums.
- Conduct regular feedback mechanisms (surveys, one-on-ones) and propose actionable insights.
- Support employee wellbeing, inclusion, and team-building efforts across locations.

Requirements
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institute.
