Responsibilities:
- Expertise in HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL, Fast Formulas, and integrations.
- Experience in data conversions and migration projects using HDL, HSDL, and PBL.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Develop, configure, and support Oracle HCM Cloud applications, including Global HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Talent Management, Compensation, Time & Labor, and ORC.
- Having Redwood Knowledge is an added advantage.
- Functional knowledge is an added advantage.
