Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Generalist with 2 to 3 years of experience to support and improve our HR processes. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance, and helping streamline HR workflows through system and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records digitally & physically.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including document collection, system setup, and exit formalities
Assist with monthly payroll inputs and validation.
Administer employee benefits (insurance, leaves, reimbursements) and resolve queries.
Support compliance activities, including audits, documentation, and policy enforcement
Manage employee queries regarding HR policies, compensation.
Generate and maintain HR reports (e.g.,
attrition, headcount, attendance)
Help review and optimize HR processes for efficiency and scalability
Assist in organizing HR programs and internal events (engagement, trainings)
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or MBA
2 to 3 years of experience in HR Operations or general HR support roles
Working knowledge of HRIS systems (Workday) and Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs preferred)
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
