Seeking a motivated, Honest and site work‑oriented Junior Site Engineer to join our project team for ongoing industrial construction and installation works. The role involves assisting in site supervision, quality checks, and coordination with foreman, supervisors, sub-contractors to ensure timely and secure execution of the project.
Key responsibilities:-
- Assist in day‑to‑day site supervision and monitor all civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with site foreman, supervisors and labor teams to ensure smooth progress and resource availability.
- Verify material quality and quantity delivered at the site against approved standards and purchase orders.
- Maintain site documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and material issue registers.
- Support senior managers in quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) activities.
- Assist in preparing as‑built drawings, measurements,
and other reports required for billing and verification.
- Monitor adherence to the project schedule and highlight potential delays or risks to the Sr. Manager.

Key Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil
- Experience: 0–3 years of experience in site execution (industrial projects preferred; freshers are welcome).
- Technical Skills:
- Understanding of industrial construction practices (structural, Civil, utilities).
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS excel, and project documentation.
- Familiarity with QA/QC processes.
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- High integrity and honesty in work execution, with a commitment to quality and safety.
