Job Summary:
The Integration Support Engineer plays a critical role in Increff’s customer onboarding and post-go-live success. This role focuses on integrating customer systems with Increff’s platform, supporting API-based integrations, ensuring smooth hypercare, and maintaining long-term integration stability. The individual will work closely with customer technical and operations teams, marketplace/ERP partners,
and internal engineering teams to deliver seamless onboarding and reliable production support.
This role provides exposure to large-scale e-commerce and retail ecosystems, working with global marketplaces and enterprise clients.
Responsibilities:
Customer Onboarding & Training
- Own technical onboarding of new customers, including integration setup, validation, and readiness for go-live.
- Conduct training sessions for customer technical and operations teams on integrations, APIs, and workflows.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders during onboarding and hypercare phases.
Integration & API Support
- Test APIs and new product features using tools such as Postman and validate integration flows with clients.
- Support onboarding of current marketplaces, ERPs, and third-party systems by coordinating with respective technical teams.
