Duties & Responsibilities:

· Gather and understand the client’s technical
requirements from the Sales team and communicate the same effectively with the cross-functional
team members and management.

· Acts as a SPOC (Single point of contact) for
client interactions and concurrently with the technical team, responsible for
daily / weekly meetings and for necessary update / changes.

· Analyze & create the project scope /
document and effort estimation, anticipate changes (Identify the problem areas/processes in the business that are
to be benchmarked)

· Create a strategic benchmarking with the ability to analyze
competitors' data and industry trends towards rewarding the objectives of the
business (Identifying industries or companies that have similar products & identifying
the industry leaders, that is, which companies stand out the most)

· Conducting
research on the best practice to be adopted and develop cost-effective solutions
to boost productivity.





· Create an SRS document that explains
each & every module in detail and functional & nonfunctional requirements.

· Planning, Research, Implementation, analysis,
budgeting, forecasting and Monitoring deliverables to ensure timely completion
of projects.

· Operations & Project Maintenance, Correction
of defects, changes, Validation procedures, deactivation plans – end to end
responsibility

· Closure / MIS Reporting

Qualification & Experience:

· Graduate /Post graduate.

· Must have 4-5 yrs experience as a Business
