Job Description:
• To be a part of the LIMS COE team responsible to deliver Instrument
Integration with SampleManager LIMS.
• Configure integration points and agents in IM, Create transformations and
mapping, Working with business focal points and lab technicians across the
globe – working across cultural/language barriers.
• Experience in Thermofisher SampleManager LIMS system, Integration Manager and
Database skill (Oracle SQL).

Job Qualifications:

• Extensive experience Thermofisher Instrument Integration system, preferable
3.0 or above.
• General coding/programming skills (C#, VGL ..etc)
• SampleManager LIMS systems – Preferably version 12.0 or above.
• Experience is handling various result file formats such as flat files, xml,
JSON ..etc.
• Experience in SampleManager web services architecture.
• Positive communication skills - both
written and oral.
• Self starter, take initiative to seek information/help to resolve issues
quickly.
