Profile Overview:
Learning and Development Manager at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for career growth.
- Quick Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
- Aggressive Hikes - In the last appraisal cycle, the Annual hike was 35%.
