The FP&A; Manager will be responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting,

forecasting, and performance analysis and will partner with

cross-functional teams to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making,

optimize resource allocation, and ensure financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1.Budgeting & Forecasting

oLead annual budgeting and quarterly rolling forecasts for all business units.

oDevelop accurate sales, production, and expense forecasts aligned with

seasonal demand patterns.

2.Financial Analysis & Reporting

oPerform variance analysis (Actual vs. Budget) and identify key drivers.

oPrepare monthly and quarterly management reports for leadership and board

reviews.

oDeliver P&L; bridge analysis and working capital reports.

3.Financial Modeling

oBuild and maintain models for profitability, cash flow, and scenario planning.

oSupport ROI analysis for marketing campaigns and capex projects.

4.Strategic Business Support

oPartner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align financial plans with

S&OP.;





oProvide insights on pricing strategies, cost optimization, and margin

improvement.

5.Process Improvement

oEnhance FP&A; processes, tools, and dashboards for efficiency and accuracy.

oImplement best practices for forecast accuracy and financial governance.

6.Cross-Functional Collaboration

oWork closely with supply chain and plant teams to integrate operational

metrics (OEE, yield) into financial planning.

oSupport leadership in strategic initiatives and board presentations.

Requirements
•Education: CA inter / MBA /ICWA in Finance or equivalent.

•Experience: 5–8 years in FP&A; or corporate finance, preferably in FMCG or

manufacturing.

•Technical Skills:

oAdvanced Excel and financial modeling

oERP systems (SAP/SAP-BI or similar)

oStrong analytical and presentation skills
