About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a quick-paced startup environment and takes full ownership of the hiring pipeline. You’ll be the driving force behind building our high-performing Sales, Account Management,
and Customer Success teams, the very people who power SwiftSku’s mission every day.
If you’re an exceptional communicator, deeply intuitive about people, and can spot a top performer from a mile away, this role is for you.
This isn’t a coordination role, it’s a full-cycle recruiting position where you’ll source, engage, and close high-impact talent while acting as a true ambassador of the SwiftSku mission and culture.
What You’ll Do
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer closure, with a primary focus on Sales hiring, followed by other customer-facing roles like Account Management, Customer Success, and Support.
- Source at high volume, you’ll proactively build and maintain a steady pipeline of top Sales talent to keep our sales engine running at full speed.
- You’ll partner with the founders every day, building the teams that power SwiftSku’s mission and rapid growth.
