Job Summary

The Value and Access Manager is responsible for analytics relating to managed care/organized customers and help shape payer & IDN strategies for Value & Analytics insights organization . The Role will be part of a cross functional analytics insights team to provide integrated analyses and insights to US insights and Coverage and Pricing team. This role is specifically responsible for providing insights impacting payer reimbursement strategies through secondary data analytics and data integration

In the face of a US health care system growing more complex day-by-day, we must constantly adapt and evolve our strategies to ensure our patients have appropriate access to our medicines. The US Value & Access (V&A;) Insights Manager will play a critical role in monitoring, diagnosing, and addressing payer obstacles and challenges. In this role, you will partner with US Payer Marketing teams to build a deep understanding of the US managed markets workplace for assigned products. You will provide integrated analysis combining multiple primary and secondary data sources to uncover deep insights that will guide payer, access, and reimbursement strategies.
