Job Description:

We are looking for R and D executive for Sinnar (Nashik factory)

Responsibilities

1) Evaluation of new raw materials
2) Development of current products
3) Up-gradation of existing products
4) Cost reduction of existing products
5) Maintenance of data and files
6) Maintenance of Housekeeping at R and D
7) Coordination with production and take trial batch at the shop floor and implement new formulation or modified formulation at the concerned factory
8) Coordination with other departments to run the plant smoothly without any shortage of materials or maintenance
9) Maintenance of machines and instruments
10) Evaluation of quality complaints and take corrective action, if required
11) Competitor’s sample evaluation
12) Maintenance of ISO documents
13) Maintenance of other documents

Requirements




- Experience in Decorative Paint unit (Powder and liquid).
- Qualification: B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc. in paint or oil or polymer or chemical degree with 5 years experience in Paint formulation.
- Age: up to 30 to 35yrs
- Experience in decorative paint is must.
- Must have practical knowledge and competence to handle both Production and Maintenance
- Should possess excellent knowledge of the latest trends in the industry
- Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
- B-Tech/BE Paint technology or chemical technology from a reputed institute will be an added advantage

CTC:- 50k per month
