Job Description : ISP NOC related work, handling customers on call and their complain, basic/advance knowledge of networking, CCNA, customer supports, valuable communication skill
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Handle incoming customer calls, addressing network-related issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve basic to advanced network problems, ensuring minimal downtime and disruption.
- Incident Management: Document and manage network incidents, escalating complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
- Configuration & Maintenance: Assist in the configuration and maintenance of network equipment, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other NOC team members to ensure productive network operations and quick resolution of issues.
- Reporting: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on network performance, incidents, and resolutions.
- Training & Development: Stay updated with the latest networking technologies and best practices, and participate in ongoing training programs.
