Job Description
The Manager – SAP EWM is responsible for leading end to end SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) engagements, driving solution strategy, ensuring delivery excellence and managing a team of consultants.
The role requires deep functional expertise in EWM, solid cross functional integration knowledge (SAP SD/PP/MM), and the ability to guide clients through complex warehouse and supply chain transformation initiatives.
The Manager may be assigned to multiple projects and strategic initiatives based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Project & Delivery Leadership
- Lead and oversee full‑cycle SAP EWM implementations, including blueprinting, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and go‑live support.
- Drive requirement workshops with business stakeholders and translate needs into scalable, high‑quality EWM solutions.
- Provide governance and ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and quality standards.
- Resolve complex functional and integration issues across EWM and other SAP modules (SD/PP/MM).
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Manage, mentor, and guide a team of consultants and senior consultants.
- Review deliverables, provide quality checks, and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders, project managers, and client stakeholders to ensure alignment.
Process & Solution Excellence
- Define best practices, reusable assets, and templates for EWM projects.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the SAP practice.
- Provide thought leadership in areas such as warehouse automation, mobility solutions, and advanced EWM functionalities.
Essential Skills
Job
· 8–12+ years of SAP experience with a minimum of 5+ years in EWM.
