Duties and Responsibilities

Assist with the development, maintenance and optimization of several SQL Server databases that support highly available enterprise software applications




Modify existing software to add enhancements, improve performance, and continuously improve our user experience
Work on multiple databases to troubleshoot databases and related apps
Experience executing SQL changes safely on live databases - following best practices to minimize disruption, with explicit rollback and recovery procedures.
Develop testing and implementation strategy, conduct appropriate functional and performance testing to identify and resolve process bottlenecks
Commit quality code, reliably and on time to help the team achieve roadmap goals and customer commitment.
Follow Agile practices in your daily and weekly work and be a reliable team member.
Provide timely feedback on designs and code changesets and share technical insights, learnings, and best practices with the team
Accurately estimate work and proactively provide updates on your status. Proactively communicate adjustments to estimates as new inform
