Key Responsibilities
Factory Inventory
- Track aging of raw materials, packing materials, and other goods at all storage locations
- Maintain updated aging reports with clear visibility on stock movement
- Alert concerned teams when items approach critical aging thresholds
Market Inventory
- Monitor finished goods aging at distributors, super stockists, and other channel partners
- Coordinate with sales team to get stock and batch data from the market
- Identify slow-moving or near-expiry stock and escalate for action
Reporting & Escalation
- Prepare weekly/monthly aging reports for management review
- Proactively inform relevant stakeholders when stock movement is off track
- Suggest actions to clear aging stock before it becomes a loss
Requirements
Requirements
- Education: Graduate (any stream)
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in inventory management, stock control, or similar role
- Comfortable with Excel and inventory software
- Positive communication skills for coordination across teams
