Interns at Ayvole dont do shadow work. Because we are lean, your work will directly feed into real client deliverables such as notes, databases, reports, and decks.

Role Summary

As a Market Research Intern, you will support the end to end research cycle: from scoping and instrument design to fieldwork coordination, data quality, analysis, and insight storytelling. You will work closely with the founder and/or project leads on live client mandates.

This is an onsite role based in Dehradun.

What We Look For

We look for motivated individuals who:
- Take ownership and identify with the success and failure of the project.
- Have a bias for clarity, ask the right questions, and value deep learning.
- Communicate clearly in English (written as well as oral)



and work well in a startup environment that can be quick-paced and sometimes unstructured.
- Are open to travel for project needs (client meetings, fieldwork, events) when required (company expense).

Eligibility and Qualifications
- Recent graduate in Business, Economics, Statistics, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Own laptop (not older than 3 years).
- Able to work full-time, on-site in Dehradun.

Desired Skills

Must have:
- Excel: pivots, lookups, basic charting.
- PowerPoint: structured storylines and clean slide craft.

Good to have:
- Market research fundamentals: sampling basics, bias control, Likert/NPS, significance concepts, qualitative interviewing basics, etc.
- Tools: SPSS/R/Python, Power BI/Tableau, SQL, etc.
- Comfort using AI/LLMs responsibly for research tasks (drafting/coding/QC
