Summary
As part of this continued growth, we are currently seeking two SMT Technical Support Engineers - Solder, based in NCR and South India. Reporting to the Managing Director of PAI-AIM Solder (India), the incumbent will be responsible for supporting and promoting soldering products across various manufacturing processes, such as SMT, wave, and selective soldering lines. The role involves collaborating closely with sales teams during customer evaluations, responding promptly to technical support requests, and delivering assistance either on-site or remotely via digital communication tools.
The role requires the engineer to travel to customer locations when required and provide tailored support ranging from troubleshooting and process optimization to training engineers and operators.
Additional responsibilities include preparing reports, documenting activities in CRM systems, and submitting evaluation analyses. The role also requires identifying product trends, communicating customer feedback to management, maintaining robust client relationships, supporting beta-testing sites, and contributing to product development initiatives within the application lab.
