- Plan and execute production to meet project delivery schedules
- Well operational experience of Lathe, VTL, GPM, PM & HBM machines
- Positive knowledge of CNC programming
- Ensure optimum utilization of heavy machines and manpower
- Monitor and improve machine productivity and OE
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and minimize rework/NCR
- Drive production planning, scheduling, and daily shopfloor control
- Improve process efficiency and cycle time for critical components
- Coordinate with Planning, QA, Maintenance, and Method teams
- Ensure safety compliance and promote zero-incident culture
- Lead troubleshooting and resolve shopfloor production issues
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
- Monitor and control production costs and resource utilization
- Develop team capability and ensure skill enhancement
