Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer orders and deadlines in the jewelry manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with departments such as design, production, procurement, and logistics to ensure the timely availability of materials and resources.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, material shortages, or changes in demand.
- Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and output.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Previous experience in production planning, scheduling, or a similar role, preferably within the jewelry industry.
- Solid organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in production planning software and tools specific to the jewelry manufacturing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with various departments effectively and suppliers.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing production issues.
