About the Role: This role is focused on Growth/Data Analytics, where you use data to understand customer behavior,



improve marketing performance, and drive business growth. The job involves working with tools like SQL, Excel, Tableau/Looker, and Python/R to analyze data, build customer segments, and optimize acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, and Tech to make data-driven decisions and improve business outcomes. The role suits candidates who enjoy problem-solving, storytelling with data, and working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
