We are seeking a tech-savvy and customer-oriented Virtual Jewelry Consultant to assist customers online through video calls, chat, and other virtual platforms. You will help clients choose the right jewelry based on their style, occasion, and preferences, while offering an experience similar to in-store shopping — all from the comfort of their homes.
Requirements
- Graduate or 12th Pass with relevant sales experience
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in jewelry sales (virtual or in-store)
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
- Confident on camera with a pleasant appearance and tone
- Solid interpersonal and listening skills
- Familiarity with video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp video, etc.)
- Basic computer and typing skills
