Responsibilities -

Process and manage customer and store orders for gold, diamond, and jewellery products in the system.

Coordinate with sales team, production team, and warehouse for timely order fulfillment.

Verify order details such as product specifications, weight, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Track order status from order confirmation to dispatch and delivery.

Maintain accurate order records, invoices, and documentation.

Communicate with internal teams and clients regarding order updates and changes.





Ensure timely processing of orders and resolve order-related issues.

Requirements
Qualification:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in order processing or sales coordination in the jewellery industry.
- Basic knowledge of jewellery products, designs, and order flow.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/order management systems.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy in order entry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
