We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the Quality Control (QC) and Customer Service (CS) functions in our alloy steel plant. The ideal candidate must have a robust background in QC processes specific to alloy steel, including forging, heat treatment, and metallurgical testing. Responsibilities include managing quality systems, ensuring product compliance with customer and industry standards, resolving customer complaints, and leading root cause analysis with CAPA implementation. The role also involves coordinating with production and sales teams, supporting audits, and driving continuous quality improvements. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer communication skills are essential.
Qualifications:
B.E./B.Tech in Metallurgy or Mechanical Engineering with 12–20 years of relevant experience. Certifications in quality standards (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO) are preferred.
