Description
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. You will work closely with our team to develop strategies and execute plans to expand our presence in emerging markets. Your expertise in the GI industries will be a key asset in driving business growth and maintaining a strong market position.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute relationship management strategies for emerging markets, with a focus on GI sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing excellent customer service.
- Identify current business opportunities and collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to ensure our offerings remain competitive.
- Prepare and present regular reports on market trends, client feedback, and relationship management activities.




- Work closely with the legal and compliance teams to ensure all client interactions adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide support and guidance to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the company and expand our network.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all client interactions, upholding the company's reputation.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in relationship management, with a proven track record in emerging markets.
- Strong knowledge of the GI industries, including market trends, products, and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
