Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain quality standards across manufacturing and operational processes.
- Perform inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Review and maintain quality documentation, SOPs, specifications, and records.
- Conduct internal audits and support external/customer audits.
- Investigate deviations, non-conformances, customer complaints, and CAPA implementation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable quality systems, GMP, ISO standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with production, warehouse, and other departments to resolve quality-related issues.
- Prepare quality reports, trend analyses, and performance metrics.
- Support validation, qualification, and process improvement activities.
- Provide quality-related training to employees as required.
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety and quality procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS).
- Understanding of GMP, GLP, ISO 9001, HACCP, or other relevant standards.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent documentation and report-writing abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualification: - B.Sc/M.Sc - Chemistry
