Summary

We are seeking a motivated Orthopedic Surgeon to join our clinical team, offering hands-on experience in a high-volume orthopedic department. Responsibilities
- Perform clinical assessments and interpret diagnostic imaging for musculoskeletal conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for fractures, joint disorders, sports injuries, spine issues, and pediatric orthopedic cases.
- Assist in and perform surgical procedures including joint replacements, arthroscopy, fracture fixation, spinal surgeries, and hand/foot surgeries.
- Provide pre- and post-operative care, including patient counseling and follow-up.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient management.




- Maintain accurate medical records in compliance with institutional standards.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency trauma response.
- Engage in continuous learning, clinical audits, and teaching activities under supervision.

Requirements
- MBBS with MS Ortho or DNB Ortho qualification.
- Valid registration with Medical Council of India (MCI) or relevant state council.
- Proficiency in core orthopedic procedures: trauma, joint replacement, arthroscopy, spine surgery, fracture fixation, pediatric orthopedics, and hand/foot surgery.
- Robust knowledge of surgical anatomy, biomechanics, and evidence-based practice.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and on-call schedules.
- Basic proficiency in EMR systems and digital imaging tools.
- Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development.
