This contract opportunity is designed for experienced customer success and support operations professionals who want to apply their expertise to the development of advanced AI systems. You will evaluate AI-generated work products against detailed quality standards, assessing their accuracy, clarity, rigor, and overall effectiveness. Your operational expertise will help identify weaknesses and inconsistencies in AI-generated customer support and success materials. The role involves reviewing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and other business outputs from a practical customer operations perspective. You will provide structured feedback that helps improve the quality and reliability of AI-generated work. Working remotely and asynchronously, you will have the flexibility to contribute your professional expertise while supporting the development of increasingly capable AI models.





Accountabilities:
- Evaluate AI-generated artifacts against customer success and support operations-specific quality rubrics.
- Review documents, spreadsheets, slide decks, and other business materials for accuracy, clarity, consistency, and professional quality.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, structural, and presentation errors in AI-generated work products.
- Apply deep subject-matter expertise in customer success and support operations to assess the accuracy, rigor, and practical relevance of generated outputs.
- Evaluate materials from the perspective of customer experience, support processes, operational effectiveness, and service quality.
- Provide explicit, structured, and actionable written feedback to support the continuous improvement of AI-generated work.
- Apply evaluation criteria consistently across different projects, content types, and business scenarios.
