Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales Execution




- Drive sales and achieve ambitious annual revenue targets for the Optical and Communication product lines across assigned territories.
- Map and penetrate key target segments, including telecommunications service providers, network equipment manufacturers (NEMs), R&D; institutions, defence, aerospace, and academic labs.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation and technical qualification to commercial negotiation and order closure.

Technical Consultation & Solution Selling
- Act as a technical expert to understand complex customer requirements and recommend accurate testing solutions leveraging our OSA and OTDR portfolios.
- Conduct high-quality technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) evaluations for clients.
- Bridge the gap between customer technical needs and our product capabilities, offering unparalleled application support during the pre-sales phase.
